Peanut butter blossoms

48 HERSHEY'S KISSES Milk Chocolates
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup crunchy Peanut Butter
1/3 cup granulated white sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt


Beat butter and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended.
Add 1/3 cup granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat until fluffy.
Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture.
Put 1 inch balls on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 8-10 min or until lightly browned, in the mean time, unwrap kisses
While cookie's hot, press a chocolate into center of each cookie; cookie will crack around edges.
Cool completely till chocolate hardens

皮蛋豆腐


1 盒嫰豆腐
2 颗皮蛋




酱青
麻油


Drain tofu. Invert tofu on plate.
Slice tofu into thin strips
Peel century eggs. Dice century eggs
Put century egg on top of tofu
Chop spring onion and sprinkle on top of century egg

Mix sauce
Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of salt + 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in 2 tablespoons vinegar
Add 1 teaspoon soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil
Taste and add stuff to your liking
Pour sauce over century egg and tofu

Serve chilled
